This ad was misleading and misrepresented. The Klim Artemis jacket was advertised as new with tags. When the box arrived, the $500 jacket was crumpled into a ball and stuffed into a small box. No plastic to protect it and no tags (just a small tag with a Klim sticker). The jacket also smelled. I immediately contacted the seller but have received no response. I just bought a bike from Ride Now so I didn’t think to look at the negative seller feedback. Shame on me!

Goggles came as advertised. Not crazy about how they packaged the goggles.They just "gift wrapped" them in a plastic bag the original clear flimsy container the goggles came in. We all know how carful the post office, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. is ! The goggles should have been put in a cardboard shipping box like everyone else does. Luckily the goggles came undamaged, this time. Other than that , easy/peasy.
