So here’s my 2 cents, I purchased this primer kit from FIXALLQ, and it arrived on time. After receiving the product, I immediately installed it, but after 3 pumps of the primer it lost all suction power. Not sure if the one I got was defective, or the quality isn’t great. Either way I kindly contacted the seller, sent pictures of the product, and was immediately refunded. Five stars for the seller, not so sure on the part though.

Outstanding Customer Service 👌 👍 👏. One of my coil packs was broken in transit between UPS and USPS to my mailbox. I contacted seller thru ebay app and provided photos of damage and Seller sent me a whole new set in the mail. Coils with plug wires and boots fix perfectly on my 2007 Honda Shadow VLX 600 and are definitely making her purr again like new and Gas mileage has improved. The plug wires had plenty of length to route and trim off excess. 17 year old coil pack needed the update.
