Looks nice, not cheap. The red is more muted, not vibrant, which I prefer. It's taller and wider than the original. The original was more like golf ball size. This is more racquetball size. It feels like I am throwing a lever when I shift, not a knob. Doesn't come with instructions so keep those listed on the website.
