100% Satisfied With This Perfect Replacement
This product worked perfectly for my 1988 (88 and a half) Ferrari 328 GTS. Exact and correct dimensions as original. Unlike most replacement parts for this car, this was not over-inflated and is worth every penny. For years I kept a pole in the trunk to "prop up" the hood which seems crazy now. I recall looking for this item in the past and either could not find it, or it was insanely expensive. I would recommend that when changing these out and removing the snap-pin, put down a towel or something so you don't lose the it. What should have been a 10 minute job changing these turned into a 45 minute one, as I dropped a pin and it feel somewhere into the engine. Spent 3o minutes looking for it and eventually just went to Auto Zone and got another. They had a variety-pack for under USD ...
