A factory original piece that was part of the owners pouch set new. This 47 year old piece presents in average condition for its age and purpose. Please note the first page has been stamped with a business address. There’s a few corner “dog ears”, no tears or notation, no fingerprints, stains or missing pages. The foldouts are very presentable condition. We see evidence of edge wear and there’s a wee bit of yellowing to the pages with age. Let’s call this one Average Condition; a 5/10.
