One hole on either side of the exhaust has been trapped and helicoil. If you deside to use a different manifold or 02 housing you will need to modify them to make them fit. The manifold and o2 is modified to work with large kit how it is now.
Only thing you need to put this kit on and go is a outlet neck gasket and gasket to the cylinder head
