Defective or if we made an error of any kind, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your return within 24 hours . We may request proof/documentation or a photograph of the Damaged item, Wrong item or Defective item.
Any item that is Defective.
Any item received in Error.
For packages or items that appear to have been damaged in shipment, you must contact us within 3 days, Due to a claim with the carrier in time.and, therefore, may not be able to replace the damaged item(s)
