Billet Oil Pan with Pick Up Low Profile For 2001-2005 Suzuki GSXR [phone removed by ]
Item Description:
- 100% quality assurance tested, more responsive, less expensive, easier to install.
- Low-profile oil pan not only improves oil flow dynamics but also increases ground clearance on lowered motorcycles.
- With the use of the pickup, ensure oil stays flowing to the oil pump, prevent loss of oil pressure when drag racing.
- Have an overall outside depth of 1.35 in. and use the factory drain plug.
- Replace and upgrade the factory ones without modification.
- CNC machined from billet aluminum, making them lightweight and very strong.
Installation Instructions:
- Support the motorcycle using a wheel stand or lift.
- Remove lower fairings, exhaust system, and drain the engine oil.
- Unscrew bolts securing the oil pan and remove the oil pan.
- Remove the gasket and clean the surface.
- Remove the oil strainer, replace the oil pick up.
- Install the new low profile oil pan with gasket.
Fitment:
- For 00-05 GSXR750
- For 01-05 GSXR600.
- For 01-06 GSXR1000.
- Re-uses factory drain plug and pressure relief valve.
