This listing is for anExedy “Roadster” Clutch Kit, which features the no longer in production NSC581 heavy-duty clutch pressure plate with a 600kg clamping force. The pressure plate and disc are manufacturedin Japan by Exedy. The release bearing is manufactured in Japan by Koyo. An “OEM” spec-grade bronze pilot bushing, and an alignment tool are alsoincludedwith this kit.
This clutch kit will fit all the 65-70 SP311 & SPL311 Datsun 1600 Roadsters (R16 engine). This kit will be a heavy-duty upgrade for the 1600 which originally came with a 465kg rated pressure plate.
For the 67-70 SR311 & SRL311 Datsun 2000 Roadsters (U20 engine), which originally came with a heavy-duty pressure plate, this is the correct and probably the only complete kit for your clutch replacement.
This setup is the preferred upgrade by owners of the 68-73 Datsun 510 (PL510) models.The 200mm clutch diameter and the identical spline count on the disc making this kit a direct bolt-on with no modifications.
This kit will fit as a direct bolt-on heavy-duty upgrade to many other Datsun models (610,521 pickup & 620 pickup) which came either with either a L16 or a L18 engine.
For enthusiasts who swapped their engineswith aL20B, this will fit the 200mm surface patch 6-bolt flywheel that came with those engines. For those models, this kit will also be a direct bolt-on.

The Exedy Clutch Cover (Pressure Plate):
All Exedy cover assemblies endure a precise robotic testing process to ensure proper clamp load and clutch lift separation. This step ensures optimal pedal feel for better drivability. To help guarantee durability, the diaphragm spring (dark fingers in the center) receives special high frequency induction heat treating. This helps prevent the wear that normally occurs at the contact surface of the release bearing. Together, these procedures provide you a like-new pedal feel throughout the life of your clutch.

Return Policy:
We accept returns for 30 days from the date you received your item.Please use the Purchase history in your My portal to initiate a return. An RMA will be issued by Undercaroutfitter and the return address will also be confirmed at that time.
NO RETURNS is offered for parts that are special-ordered, custom-configured, discontinued, new-old stock, or used items.
Returns & Shipping FAQ:
You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. All original packaging and accessories, manuals & instructions must be returned.
Items listed as NEW or NEW(Other)by Undercaroutfitter must be returned in the same NEW, UNOPENED & ORIGINAL condition as you received it; otherwise, deductions will be applied or in certain cases, the return is no longer eligible for a refund. All manufacturer's packaging, instructionsand any additionalcomponents that came with the item must be returned. Opened items are subject to deductions or disqualification from receiving any refund. We thoroughly inspect the items to they can be sold as NEW again and we can certify that they are in perfect condition. Installed items are not eligible for return.

Put simply; we stock what we sell – or do our very best to ensure the parts we offer come off the shelves of our own warehouse as quickly as possible. In the instances where we have unexpected stock shortages & where wedid not catch them in time to take down our listings, the order will be canceled, and you will receive a full refund.
We are closed on weekends and most major holidays. We do not ship on these days. Your item will leave the next business day. Please note shipping times quoted in the items reflect business days and does not count weekends.
We only ship to addresses that is in your profile. Do not message us the ship to a different address. Please cancel the order, fix your shipping address in your profile and re-order.
Shipping deductions on returned items:
In the event where items are returned to us because it was not deliverable to the registered address you provided or it went unclaimed at the destination, we will issue a partial refund after deductions for the shipping costs & fees we incurred because it is by no error or fault of ours and we absolutely have no control over this. This includes but is not limited to returns on items as Undeliverable as Addressed, Forwarding Order Expired, No Such Number, etc. There is still a cost to us for items we offer Free Shipping on; this is one of the costs we must recoup when items are returned this way.
International shipping and customs:
Whenever feasible we make items in our store available for international shipment.
Anytime we ship an item internationally, publishes their estimated time frame for delivery. In many cases we have found these times to be optimistic for delivery to buyer’s final receiving address, but it is accurate for delivery to a given country’s customs agency. We have no control over your local delivery times nor the time it takes for an item to clear customs in any given country. We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible, but we cannot assume any responsibility for customs or international shipment delays. We post tracking information with EVERY item we ship. Unfortunately, in the case of items shipped via the United States Postal Service we have found their tracking information may be behind the packages actual progress or does not track at all once the package has left the United States. We are happy to ship any international item via UPS as their tracking is much better but unfortunately their freight costs are typically significantly higher.
A word about shipping costs; we offer a selection of parts with free domestic shipping. This free shipping offer applies to US addresses only, we simply cannot afford to ship internationally at no charge. Whenever freight costs are calculated they are done so by on our behalf. We adhere to their published freight costs, and sometimes they are expensive. We do apologize for the expense, but what is expensive for you is also expensive for us and we do our best to get itemsout quickly, so you get the service you are paying for.
Declared values for items shipped internationally:
We are frequently asked to declare a value lower than what is paid for an item to help customers save money on customs duties and associated taxes. We will not do so and cannot do so because our shipping software automatically generate customs forms based on the sales record price. In addition, all our items shipped are insured for their full value, as such they must also be declared for that value. This protects us both in the event and item is lost, damaged or does not reach its destination.

Some warranty claims can be handled by us, some must be submitted directly to the manufacturer, in either case we will assist in the process. We will only support products purchased from us, we apologize in advance, but we simply do not have the time to supply support for products purchased from other vendors.
