Summary: Looking for floor shifter to replace broken column shifter. There were 2 options on internet. One cheap all in one kit for $40, and the Hurst speed shifter kit for $250. My son bought the cheap kit, and drove it for a year. When I got truck, I couldn't stand the cheap shifter. Found just the shifter alone for @ $150, and mounted it to bracket assy from cheap kit. Awesome shifter!! I forgot how fun it was to shift a Completion-Plus shifter on a rock crusher 4-spd I had in a V-8 Vega I built. This shifter feels every bit as good as that one. Fast, smooth, and solid shifts, make this old girl feel like a hot rod!
