All of our products are new and are in unused condition unless the item is specifically otherwise listed, and all of our products will be properly listed via brand and manufacturer part number. It is your responsibility to ensure that you order the correct part number. Above all else, we desire 100% customer satisfaction, so please work with us if anything needs our attention. It is our desire to always have every listed item actively in stock. Occasionally due to high demand, short supply or human error, we may be momentarily out. If this happens you will be notified and given the option to either cancel for a full refund or wait for the part to come in (typically 3-14 days). If it is a used part, we may have alternatives and the ability to pull from 1 of our 20 plus locations.
