Boat part number 1099811 is a new hydraulic outboard steering system form SeaStar Solutions, part number HK6400A-3 .

This kit includes the following:

• (1) Helm: HH5271-3
• (1) Cylinder: HC5345-3
• (1) 18 FT Hose Kit: HO5118
• (2) Fluid/Oil Quart: HA5430H
• (1) Filler Kit: />
  • 5 Turns Lock-to-Lock (1.7 cu. in. displacement helm)
  • Standard 3/4" Tapered Keyed Steering Shaft (threaded end of steering shaft is 5/8"-18UNF)
  • Patented No response (NFB) Lock Valves
  • Replaces and Supersedes Teleflex Marine SeaStar HK6400A and HK6400
  • Exceeds NMMA and ABYC Standards
  Works For
  Boats up to 60 mph with single outboards up to 300 HP or twin outboards up to 450 hp (non-counter rotating) / 600 hp (counter rotating). Twin engine applications require a tie bar kit. High performance boats, top speeds above 60 mph, fast bass boat, or boats with dual-cable steering will require the SeaStar Pro kit. The SeaStar requires a 3" (76mm) cut-out hole in the dash and a minimum 21" (534mm) splashwell width.
