Where precision & quality finishis ourmain focus.StreetRays U-bolt Eliminator Plates and the whole kit are precision Laser cut from 1/4\" thick USA carbon steel. The idea here is to remove the low hanging U bolts from the leaf spring system, which usually caused low clearance and often times will get tangled and stuck during off-road excursion.This kit removes the low hanging U-Bolts that can be troublesome while out on the trails.
Our U-bolt Eliminator Plates & Perches are designed with ease to weld-on your axle in mind. The idea is once you determine the location of your leaf spring perches, you will weld the 2 side perch tabs and 1 middle tab onto the axles (per side) first and then weld the perch plate on top of the 2 + 1 tabs fully to create a very strong leaf spring perch per side. The perches are made from 1/4″ HRPO mild steel. Our perches feature a 3 center pin hole to allow you to move the axle 1″ forward, 1″ backward or you may leave it centered.Important NOTE: This kit does not include any assembly / mounting hardware.
Our kit can be modified to fit most custom projects but originally, it is designed to accommodate 5/8″ bolts. Your bolt length will be determined by your spring pack size. Important NOTE: This kit does not include any assembly / mounting hardware and this kit will require proper welding to ensure a strong perch assembly.
