This Service Fixes the following Problems:
- LCD display failure (missing pixels) *Pleasenote: We repair left and right displays ONLY.
- Bad gauge illumination
NOT Covered in this Service:
- Physical damage
- Gauge issues
- Broken lens cover
- Damages done by previous attempts to repair
- Odometer errorSubstituting the cluster with another used one will likely result in recurring problems. Allow us to REPAIR your CLUSTER, preserving its Original Mileage.

If your DIM has already been fixed before, it might be tough to repair again, depending on the damage caused. If that\'s your situation, just shoot us some pics, and we\'ll check if we can fix it or not.
How it Works:
1. After your purchase, you will receive our address and instructionsvia messages.2. Send your instrument CLUSTER to the provided address.3. Repair process:
We will take care of all the repair work, usually within 24 hours of receiving the cluster.4. Testing for functionality:
After the repairs are completed, we will power up and thoroughly test the cluster to ensure it is fully functional.5.Shipping back:
We will mail back the repaired cluster within those 24 hours, using the shipping method you selected at checkout, and you will receive a tracking number for your reference.

Please note that the estimated arrival time provided by might be lengthy, but this is merely a policy requirement. Theactual repair process is prompt, and we aim to return your UNIT to you as soon as possible.
Once we receive your cluster, it will be repaired and processed on the same day, and we will ship it out with the selected service on the very next day (Monday-Friday).Terms and Conditions:
1. Repair service, not a part:
This sale is for a repair service, and we do not have any parts for sale.2. Packaging responsibility:
You are responsible for packaging your part securely to prevent any damage during transit. We will return it using the same packaging. If the cluster arrives damaged, we will provide you with a picture of the condition upon receipt.3. Rare repair limitations:
In very rare cases, we may encounter an issue that is beyond repair. If this happens, you will have the option to receive a refund upon returning the CLUSTER to you, or you may choose to donate it to us for parts.4. Post-repair support:
If you encounter any problems with your cluster after receiving it back, please don\'t hesitate to contact us. We are committed to resolving any issues to ensure your satisfaction.
Warranty Info:
All of our gauge CLUSTER services come with a limited lifetime warranty (unless otherwise stated in the description). This warranty covers issues related to information displays, gauges, and power loss.
However, please note that the backlighting is covered for one year only, as light bulbs and LEDs have a limited lifespan. After the initial one-year period, we will be pleased to replace the lights for you, subject to a nominal fee.
For added convenience and peace of mind, shipping will be covered both ways for the first 3 months after you receive your repaired cluster. However, after this initial period, you will be responsible for the shipping cost when sending the cluster to us.
It\'s essential to be aware that the warranty is not transferable if you decide to sell the car. We maintain detailed customer records and provide a unique warranty number for easy tracking and identification purposes.
