Returned parts must be returned in the same original condition as received - not installed, not modified, not disassembled, not damaged, and with all hardware, brackets, and accessories as pictured.
All identifying marks, paint marks, security marks, labels, and serial numbers must remain intact.
Per ’s Used Parts Return Policy, if a returned part is received in a condition that is not in the same condition as it was sent, shows signs of installation (bolt marks, scratches, wiring alterations), is damaged, modified, or has missing parts, a partial refund may be issued reflecting the loss in value - up to 50% for used Motors parts.
No deduction will be applied if the return is due to our error, or the item is defective / significantly not as described.
