Please note we do charge full retail for all shipping providers. We do not make any money off of shipping and handle charges.

Insurance
All items are insured for the purchase price. If an item is received damaged, take photos of the damaged packaging and damage to the product(s). Send us the photos via messaging. We will then handle the insurance claim.

If your item is not received by the estimated delivery date, please contact us via Messaging.

Returns

You must contact Auto Parts Haven via messaging in order to return an item within 14 days of the original delivery date. The item must be returned to Auto Parts Haven within 21 days of the confirmed delivery date. All items must be returned in the original packaging, and in the condition it was sent in. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways. Once your return has passed our inspection, the buyer will be refunded the purchase price, minus the original shipping costs and 20% restocking fee. (Even if the item had free shipping, retail postage rates will be deducted from the refund)

Inaccurately described items

Contact us as soon as you receive the item via messaging. Do not return the item unless we tell you to do so. Please note all serial numbers and tamper proof labels are applied, if they do not match what we have sent out then we will not issue a refund. will be notified of return abuse.
