OEM underhood fuse relay box (power distribution / engine fuse block) removed from a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD with the 6.6L LBZ Duramax diesel.
Label on housing: GM MF 15216917-02, build code 04-2275.
This is the 06-07 LBZ-generation box — it will NOT fit the earlier LLY (2001-2005) trucks. Match the label on your box and the photos before buying.
Comes complete with all relays and maxi fuses as shown. Everything photographed is what ships.
Good used condition. Light wear typical of a used part.
Buyer is responsible for verifying fitment — the compatibility chart is provided as a guide only; please match your part against the pictures before purchasing.
