Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico Orders:If you are a resident of Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, you are not in the Contiguous 48 states. We only ship with Fed Ex or UPS to these states. Simply fill out theSteveWhiteMotors ?RMA / Return Authorization Form? which will be included with your order and ship the part(s) back to us. The returned part(s) may be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.SWMdoes not issue credit on original shipping fees. Electrical parts are non-returnable/non-refundable. All parts must be returned in original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Damaged Package/Part(s) In Transit:The Carrier is responsible for any and all items damaged during shipping. If your package/part has been damaged, you will need to fill out a ?claim report form? from that Carrier in order to be reimbursed. Do not return the package/part to Steve White Motors. We are not responsible for any shipping damages.
