Returns
This auxiliary radiator can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Unless other arrangements have been approved, this auxiliary radiator must be returned using the same delivery service, in the same condition, and packed as originally received.
If this auxiliary radiator has been installed, modified, or tampered with, it is no longer eligible for a return under this policy.
See warranty details below for coverage after installation. You are responsible to carefully review the photos. No returns will be accepted for cosmetic defects that are clearly photographed.
Warranty
This auxiliary radiator is guaranteed to be free of major defects for 30 days after delivery. Warranty returns and exchanges are processed individually, at our discretion. If this auxiliary radiator has been installed, supporting documentation for the warranty return or exchange is required.
Known issues inherent to this auxiliary radiator may not be covered.
Refunds and exchanges apply exclusively to this auxiliary radiator only. No compensation will be provided for any additional expenses incurred. These uncovered costs include labor, rental cars, additional parts, fluids, materials, tools, and similar items.
