As pictured, rare original 1938, 1939 Packard, steering wheel, banjo style, three spoke, chrome, includes the center , horn button and wiring. Please see pictures. This is a very nice complete example for use, vintage patina. Or four restoration. Please note the steering wheel has cracks, blemishes, and is an original steering wheel that was removed from a Parts car. The horn button is complete, but does have some paint deterioration. This is a very nice original example.
