This 8'x45’ tiny home was re-built from the shell up! Solid steel framing with aluminum slats support the floor. Original windows and doors maintain the vintage appeal. Insulation beneath subfloor, ceiling, and walls is 100% non-toxic Havelock Wool. Plumbing and electrical done by professionals. All electric wires are protected with Metal Clad cabling. 50-AMP male-plug at the rear of the trailer plugs into any standard 50-AMP outlet or can be reduced as needed with adaptors. Seperate gray and black water plumbing. 250-Gallon holding tank included. We heated the house solely with electric plug-in heaters during our Central Valley of CA winters.

Some paint is peeling. We painted with a mold-resistant paint during the heat of summer - this was dumb.
Cabinets and curtain rods need a tune up.
Flooring New, but not installed by a pro. Not joined properly in some areas.
Title in hand. Title reads '56 but experts have advised it is actually a '55. Original Spartan.
