• If something is damagedplease notify us within 24 hours of delivery. It is also helpful if you can provide photos of the damage.
• Truckline shipmentsmust be inspected immediately upon delivery. If you sign the delivery receipt before inspecting for damage the insurance will be void. If there is damage, please have the carrier note it on the delivery receipt before signing for it. If you cannot inspect the truckline shipment please note that on the receipt also.

• If you wish to return a product because you do not need it, have changed your mind, or ordered in error, you will be subject to the cost of the return shipping as well as the initial shipping (even on items with free shipping).
