A GM G78-14 space-saver or collapsible spare tire was typically used on mid size and intermediate passenger cars from the late 1960s through the 1970s.
Here is a list of some of the cars that might have a Space Saver Spare as an option:
Chevrolet: Camaro, Nova, Chevelle, Malibu, and Monte Carlo.
Pontiac: Firebird, Trans Am, GTO, LeMans, and Grand Prix.
Buick: Skylark, Regal or Century.
Oldsmobile: Cutlass F-85.
The wheel and tire are in nice condition, the rubber does not display any cracks, and the rim does not appear to have ever been bolted to a car.
The Original tire stencils are still clearly visible on the tire, and from the nubs on the tire it appears to have never been run on the ground.
This wheel and tire are in original, unrestored condition.
