CONDITION/DESCRIPTION:axle spins but the bearings feel tight, spokes have heavy surface rust but are straight and solid, hub and mounts look good, brake surface is a bit rusty but looks ok, rim appears straight, chrome on the rim has pitting in areas,please see pictures for additional details.
