1967-1991 ford truck delay wiper switch. All have been tested in one of my trucks and work properly. Will work on 79 and older trucks as well they have a two piece plug in but go into the black plug no problem and you may have to flip the washer pump wire plug 180 degrees in the 79 and older trucks.
