This listing is for a fuel injector rebuild service. You are not purchasing a set of fuel injectors or the parts shown in the photos.

After checkout, you must send us your original fuel injectors. We will inspect them, perform the applicable rebuild service, complete final testing, and return them to you. Once serviced, your injectors will be ready for reinstallation into your DB7.

The work is performed by hand. Repairs typically take 1–2 business days after your injectors are received. In some cases, service may take longer depending on the condition of the injectors.

How the Service Works

2. Print your order or payment confirmation page.
3. Remove the fuel injectors from the vehicle and pack them securely.
4. Send the injectors and a copy of your order or payment confirmation to our facility.
   Shipping instructions will be sent through messages.
5. Complete the Repair Request Form.
   The form link will be included in the message containing your shipping instructions.

1. We document and verify that your injectors are received in the same condition in which they were sent to us.
2. We inspect each injector under a microscope for defects related to age, wear, or manufacturing.
3. We manually test the injectors using a fuel-injection testing system to evaluate leaks, spray quality, flow rate, and overall performance.
4. We hand-rebuild the injectors using OEM components, the very same type of components used by Aston Martin when the injectors were originally manufactured.
5. We test the injectors again to verify improvement in leak resistance, spray quality, flow rate, and overall performance.
6. We re-inspect each injector under a microscope to verify that the service has been completed properly and that identified defects have been addressed.
7. We securely package the serviced injectors and ship them back to you via insured carrier.

Terms of Sale

If your fuel injectors cannot be rebuilt, or if they are damaged beyond repair, they may be returned to you at your request. Your purchase payment will be refunded, and you will receive an invoice for return shipping costs, which you are responsible for. Cancellation of the transaction will be required.

Shipping & Handling

For domestic orders, serviced injectors are shipped via insured FedEx.

International shipping is calculated during checkout. International orders will ship via UPS International.

We do not cover inbound shipping costs. You may send your injectors using any shipping carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured service.

Please disregard the handling time displayed in the shipping details. The stated handling time must account for transit time from customers around the world. Actual service time for V12s is typically 2–3 business days from the date we receive your 12 injectors.
