Item is used and in working condition. Item is described to the best of my understanding but may have minor scuffs or scratches not noticed in inspection. Anything noticeable will be pointed out in photos and mentioned in description. I do my best to be as accurate as possible and would never intend to mislead anyone. If there is an issue with an item please reach out to me to resolve the matter and I will do my best to correct it. All parts are warrantied for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Warranty covers the part and unfortunately not the labor costs. Electrical items are generally shipped with cut off wires from the connectors. This is not done to inconvenience the buyer in any way but as a courtesy to the buyer. If your connector is broken splice one of the included pieces in, if not disregard the item. Most items will ship same day as purchased unless weekends, holidays, or after 3:30 pm eastern time. Seller retains the right to ship USPS, UPS, or FED EX depending on the items size, weight, and destination.
