We now offer our 2.5" X-Pipe (1.25" Pipe Spacing)forthose looking to design their own exhaust from theground up. These are perfect for anyone who wantsto avoid the stamped style X-Pipe, which cansometimes be a bottleneck in a free flowing exhaust.Our X-Pipe features 1.5mm thick piping in 304stainless steel that is brushed and then slightlypolished. This offers a more finished look overflat brushed. Each pipe is mandrel bent to avoidanyrestrictions in flow. We cut each pipe using precisionmachinery and then debur before fully TIG welding.To keep the pipes from having a burned look aroundthe welded area, we avoid double welding. Instead,we overlap more welds on one pass to increase thestrength. Each X-Pipe will have a different oxidatedcolor to the welds due to the chromium content in 304,giving each of our X-Pipes a one of a kind look.
Lightweight brackets have also been TIG weldedbetween both pipes to completely eliminate stress onthe center weld during shifting.
