This crossmember is an original Toyota OEM (it is not anaftermarket substitute). This crossmember was remanufactured. It has a new powdercoating to bring it back to its original state to increase its durability againstrust.
This suspension part was in perfect condition even beforepowder coating, as it comes from a car driven where there is no snow or frostand where salt is not poured on the roads (salt on roads causes the suspensioncorrosion), and in such condition it was already perfect as a replacement part.But we added extra layer of powder coating to further extend the rust resistance.
