Shipping: We only ship to the entire continental US.
We require your old hybrid battery.
To return your old hybrid battery:
Once your new hybrid battery has been delivered,
1. put the battery back in the same packaging in which it was delivered, and
2. use our free prepaid return label
3. take it to your local UPS store.
It's very simple.
After the purchase you are going to receive a document including your warranty and terms of service.
No core?
You must inform us prior to purchase if you do not have an old hybrid battery to return.
Only if you don't provide us with the battery core, there will be a charge for the core.
If you are unable to send the core back, or are not willing to pay the core charge instead, unfortunately we will not be able to finalize your order.
