Freight Shipping

• Large items (including but not limited to engines, transmissions, body panels, axles, exhausts, interiors, cradles, etc.) ship via freight.
• Freight orders ship within 1–3 business days after cleared payment and receipt of required delivery information.
• Freight transit times may take up to 7 business days.
• ’s flat-rate freight pricing applies only to commercially zoned addresses with a dock or forklift and semi-truck access.
• Locations without a dock or forklift require a liftgate service, which must be disclosed at time of purchase.
• Residential freight delivery must be quoted prior to purchase and typically costs significantly more than commercial delivery.

Return

• Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please contact us before initiating a return.
• We offer a 30-day return period, beginning on the delivery date.
• All parts are inspected and tested prior to shipment. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.
• Paint color matching is not guaranteed. No refunds will be issued for color or paint mismatches due to repainting, fading, or manufacturer variations.
• Returns due to buyer error or preference (including but not limited to “ordered by mistake,” “does not fit,” “changed mind,” or “found better price”) are subject to a 20% deduction, and original shipping is non-refundable.
• Items returned damaged or not in original condition may incur up to a 50% deduction.
