2011-20 Toyota Sienna Tein EnduraPro Shocks + RSR Ti 2000 Lower Springs Set RS‑R T550TW Ti2000 +Tein EnduraPro Shocks for 11-20 Toyota Sienna FWD
I am selling this complete set (front and rear) as-is. I have owned the R-SR springs for about 2 years and the Tein EnduraPro shocks for about 1 year. The setup has less than 5,000 miles on it.
THE HONEST TRUTH / WHY I AM SELLING:Since installing the Tein EnduraPro shocks, the front end bottoms out constantly on larger bumps or holes. When I ran these same R-SR springs on the stock Toyota shocks, the ride was perfect with zero issues. The problem only started the day the Teins went on.
TEIN WARRANTY WARNING:I contacted Tein Customer Support, and their "warranty" is a joke. They refused to help unless I provided video footage and photos of the actual installation process. Unless you bring a film crew to your mechanic, they will not honor their warranty. I am done dealing with them.
CONDITION:
Inspected: I have taken the car to three different professional auto repair and performance shops. All three confirmed the installation is perfect and there are no mechanical defects with the car—the shocks simply cannot handle the load.
Performance: They look brand new and have very low mileage, but they bottom out easily in the front.
Sales Terms: I am being 100% transparent about the ride quality issue I experienced. No returns, no refunds, and absolutely no warranty. If you think you can tune them or want them for parts, here they are. Buy them or don't—I’m moving on to a different setup.
