This kit is designed to be a true plug and play install to upgrade your current 8.4” radio to factory CarPlay or Android auto. AGAIN, you MUST have the older factory Harman 8.4” radio for this kit to work.
Kit includes a refurbished factory Panasonic UAS radio (this unit does NOT have factory embedded navigation) with a brand new aftermarket LA084X01-SL03 screen and latest Uconnect software version (40.1), brand new USB media hub, custom 3D printed adapter plate and custom made wiring adapter for the USB hub. We are the ONLY seller that offers the 3D printed adapter plate for a factory installed look. 2013-2014 will require a 4C interface harness to retain heated/vented seat functions. We do not sell this but it’s available through infotainment.com. If you have physical buttons underneath the radio they will still work to control your seat and wheel functions.
