Concealed freight damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

3-MONTH / 3,000-MILE LIMITED PARTS WARRANTY
This transmission includes a 3-month / 3,000-mile limited parts warranty, whichever occurs first.
The limited warranty applies to qualifying internal transmission failure resulting from a defect in the supplied remanufactured transmission assembly, subject to compliance with installation, fluid, maintenance, diagnostic, and warranty requirements.
THE LIMITED PARTS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- Diagnostic charges
- Programming, initialization, calibration, or relearn procedures
- Torque converter or other components not included with the sale
- Fluids, filters, seals, gaskets, or maintenance items
- Transmission coolers or cooler lines
- Vehicle sensors, wiring, connectors, computers, modules, or external accessories
- Towing or transportation expenses
- Rental vehicles
- Storage fees
- Lost wages, income, or profits
- Vehicle downtime
- Incidental or consequential expenses
- Damage caused by incorrect installation
- Damage caused by incorrect or contaminated CVT fluid
- Damage caused by overheating
- Damage caused by contamination or inadequate cooler flow
- Damage resulting from an external vehicle component or electrical failure
- Failure to perform required initialization, calibration, or relearn procedures
$500 REFUNDABLE CORE DEPOSITIMPORTANTTHE $500 CORE DEPOSIT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE PRICE.
A separate $500 refundable core deposit is required in addition to the purchase price before the transmission can be shipped.
The deposit will be refunded after your original qualifying transmission is returned to Sincere Gear and inspected.
Your original transmission must be returned within 60 days to qualify for the applicable core refund.
TO QUALIFY FOR A FULL CORE REFUND:
- The correct original transmission must be returned
- The transmission must be substantially complete
- The core must be reasonably rebuildable
- The transmission case cannot be cracked, broken, or welded
- Major internal or external components cannot be missing
- The transmission cannot have been disassembled
- The unit cannot have catastrophic damage that prevents rebuilding
- The correct qualifying core must be returned within the required return period
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the buyer is responsible for core return transportation.
