Domestic Shipments:Packages are shipped via USPS or UPS to the lower 48 states.APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes and shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped strictly via USPS.Tracking information will be provided to you as soon as the item leaves our warehouse.
International Shipments:All international orders are shipped via USPS. All International orders are subject to inspection and clearance through customs. We are not responsible for any taxes, duties or fees incurred. Buyer is responsible for knowing their countries specific policies/procedures.

**We reserve the right change the carrier under certain returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packaging materials. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Please include a copy of your packing list with all returns. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returns must be pre-authorized by us and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
