If visible freight damage is present:
- Take clear photographs before unloading or removing packaging.
- Clearly write the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt or BOL.
- Contact Sincere Gear immediately.
Concealed freight damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Do not dispose of freight packaging until any applicable claim has been resolved.
3-MONTH / 3,000-MILE LIMITED PARTS WARRANTY
This transmission includes a 3-month / 3,000-mile limited parts warranty, whichever occurs first.
Coverage applies to qualifying internal transmission failure resulting from a defect in the supplied rebuilt transmission assembly, subject to proper installation and all applicable warranty terms.
THE LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- Installation or removal labor
- Diagnostic charges
- Programming, calibration, initialization, or relearn procedures
- Fluids, filters, seals, gaskets, or maintenance items
- Transmission coolers or cooler lines
- AWD components outside the supplied transmission assembly
- Sensors, wiring, connectors, computers, modules, or external accessories
- Towing or transportation expenses
- Rental vehicles
- Storage fees
- Lost income or lost profits
- Vehicle downtime
- Incidental or consequential expenses
- Failures caused by improper installation, contamination, incorrect fluid, overheating, external component failure, or failure to perform required procedures
$500 REFUNDABLE CORE DEPOSIT IMPORTANT: THE $500 CORE DEPOSIT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE PRICE.
A separate $500 refundable core deposit is required in addition to the purchase price before shipment.
The deposit is refunded after your original qualifying transmission is returned to Sincere Gear and inspected.
Your original transmission must be returned within 60 days to qualify for the applicable core refund.
To qualify for a full core refund:
- The correct original Honda HR-V transmission must be returned
- The transmission must be substantially complete
- The core must be reasonably rebuildable
- The case cannot be cracked, broken, or welded
- Major internal or external components cannot be missing
- The transmission cannot have been disassembled
- The transmission cannot have catastrophic damage preventing normal rebuilding
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the buyer is responsible for return transportation of the core.
