Parts Grading. A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it:
- Grade A - The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age.
- Grade B - The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age.
- Grade C - The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage.

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Payments are processed through . We accept credit card and cash for Local Pickup orders. If payment is not received, an Unpaid Item case will be opened for the sake of seller fee reimbursement.

The freight shipping price is based on delivery to a commercial address. We don’t deliver to residential addresses, but we can ship to the nearest terminal where you can pick up your order yourself.
Freight shipping to a business address in Washington DC is $100 extra, to a business address in NYC is $200 extra!
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO or PO Box addresses is available for select parts only. Please contact us through messaging for details and shipping rates.
Local Pick-up at our facilities is available. Please contact us prior to your purchase to arrange local pick-up. Buyer must select "Buy It Now" prior to local pick-up.
Please allow up to 10 days for delivery unless your part is included in Guaranteed Delivery Program. Most areas in the US are within 5 days.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us via messaging within 24 hours for assistance.
All parts we sell come with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee unless otherwise stated. The 30 day period starts when you take possession of the part. Please contact us through messaging for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) before returning any part.
We do not cover the cost of labor charges during the installation of your parts. All original shipping costs are non-refundable.
All parts come with a standard warranty, please contact us for details prior to ordering. Timeframe is listed within the Warranty section of the listing for each part.
Warranty claims must be made with our warranty department, details will be included with the packing slip for each order. Labor and costs associated with part installation are not included in the warranty, parts only.
