Replacement headlight LED module designed for New Generation Freightliner Cascadia 2026 and newer.
IMPORTANT FITMENT: This module fits headlights equipped with the same BLACK CONNECTOR shown in our photos. Please compare your original module/connector before ordering.
IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTICE
Before installing the new module, you must inspect and shave the headlight light guide.
If you see black dots, burned spots, carbon buildup, or discoloration inside the light guide, they must be completely removed before installing the new module.
Leaving black/burned spots in the light guide can:
- Create excessive heat
- Reduce light output
- Cause the replacement module to overheat
- Damage the new module again
Do not simply replace the module without correcting the cause of the original failure.
