- You must currently have the exact same OEM wheels (size, style, spoke pattern) with the original stock finish (painted, polished, machined, PVD Chrome). Chrome-Plated or Chrome-Clad wheels will NOT be accepted.
- Core Deposit will be collected, in addition to the wheel price, and must be paid before we ship the wheels. A separate invoice will be sent for any exchange purchases made online (e.g., , website).
- Shipping charges cover BOTH directions. Your new wheel(s) will include return label(s) for sending your old wheel(s) back.
- All wheels will be inspected upon arrival. Any necessary repairs to make a wheel resale-ready will result in charges being deducted from the Core Deposit. Wheels that cannot be repaired will lead to a deduction of 100% of the Core Deposit for single-wheel exchanges or 25% per wheel for four-wheel exchanges. Please allow 2-3 business days for inspection and processing of your refund.

What is DuraChrome™?
DuraChrome™ is our proprietary brand of PVD chrome coating used on all our Bright/Black Chrome coated wheels. The PVD process used is the only patented PVD process for wheels called Permastar. Our DuraChrome™ coating uses no hexavalent chrome yet still provides one of the strongest and most durable wheel coating in the market.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with no damage, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS RELATED TO THE RETURN. STANDARD RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. WHEELS THAT SHOW ANY SIGNS OF HAVING TIRES MOUNTED WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL 25% RESTOCKING FEE.
Warranty
Bright DuraChrome™ and Powder Coat (Gloss Black / Satin Black) coatings comes with a 3-year warranty. Black DuraChrome™ coating comes with a 1-year warranty. Non-Standard Coatings / Factory Finishes come with a 90-day warranty. Warranty starts from the date of purchase and is only valid for the original purchaser (ie. non-transferable). Our warranty covers the Surface Area of the wheels which is defined as any area that is visible when the wheel is mounted on the vehicle. We guarantee that our wheels will be round and free of cracks upon delivery and will cover any returns if notified within 30 days of delivery.Tires have a manufacturers limited warranty extended to the original purchaser to cover conditions that are reasonably considered to have been within the tire manufacturers control, such as the quality of materials and/or workmanship. Once received, any issues with tires must be addressed via the Warranty Process outlined on the respective manufacturers website.
