The full-brace design of the fenders provides extra strength to them and helps reduce vibrations. These fenders are ideal for truckers in rough road conditions or on long hauls. Size & Compatibility: This full-brace fender is 24\" long, 24\" wide, and 2\" deep. The tube of the fender is 29\" long and has a 2\" diameter. The plastic baffle with the fender is 5-7/8\" high. This quarter fender set is compatible with most 18-wheelers, semi-trucks, and Class 8 trucks.
Durable Construction: This semi-truck rear fender set is made using stainless steel, which is strong and durable. The material helps the fender to stay protected against rust and can withstand heavy-duty trucking conditions. How to Use this Quarter Fender Set

Preassemble the Fender by attaching the plastic baffle to the stainless-steel fender panel. Insert the rubber pads and fixing plate where needed to reduce vibration.
Partially tighten bolts to allow for adjustment during final alignment.
Now, prepare the vehicle by parking the truck on a flat, stable surface and chocking the wheels to ensure safety.
Mount the Tube Bracket by fixing the round tube bracket securely to the truck frame above the rear tires using bolts and clamps. Leave bolts slightly loose for fine adjustment.
Install the Fender Assembly by lifting the preassembled fender onto the tube bracket.
Align it properly above the tire, ensuring adequate clearance between the fender and the tire tread.
Once aligned, fully tighten all bolts and clamps on the fender and tube bracket. Confirm the fender sits evenly and does not contact any moving parts.
Check all fasteners for tightness by performing a short test run to ensure the fender remains stable and vibration-free.
