5. Product Description
This aftermarket suspension stabilizer bar bushing kit is intended for select Chevrolet, GMC and Cadillac truck, SUV and van applications using a nominal 28 mm sway/stabilizer bar.
The bushings mount the stabilizer bar to the vehicle frame or chassis through the retaining brackets. Over time, original rubber bushings can become worn, cracked, compressed or loose. When the bushings are no longer supporting the stabilizer bar correctly, symptoms may include movement, rattling or clunking around the sway bar mounting area. Similar suspension symptoms can also be caused by other components, so the vehicle should be properly inspected before replacing parts.
This kit includes the two bushings, two mounting brackets and four bolts shown for servicing both mounting points. It is an aftermarket replacement part and is not represented as a Genuine GM or Genuine Dorman product.
