Important Fitment Information: This is a universal-performance exhaust component and is not vehicle-specific. Before ordering, verify that your exhaust system uses the required 3.50-inch connection size and has sufficient space and clearance for the cutout assembly and turndown. Some fabrication or adaptation may be required depending on the vehicle and exhaust-system layout. Professional installation is recommended.
Before making a purchase from GMS Performance, carefully review these conditions. By placing an order, you are indicating your agreement to these terms. These conditions apply to all sales agreements and the provision of services by GMS Performance. These conditions do not affect your legal rights as a buyer.
Return policy:
GMS Performance will only accept return shipments accompanied by a valid Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Returned parts must match the product for which the RGA number was issued. New and unused items must remain in brand-new condition and in their original packaging.
Warranty returns must be shipped at the customer's expense and clearly identified with the assigned RGA number. GMS Performance will not accept shipments sent with cash-on-delivery terms.
Warranty claims will be inspected by GMS Performance. GMS Performance reserves the right to issue a credit, repair and return the product, or provide a replacement based on the results of the inspection.
Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to notify us if they wish to request a return. Returns requested outside the 30-day return period will not be accepted.
Return procedure:
Customers are responsible for packing returned goods properly to protect them from damage during transportation.
Returned products will be inspected after delivery. Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Refund deductions may apply if any product or component is returned damaged. Used or installed products are not eligible for a standard return.
For incorrect orders:
If you ordered the wrong part, you may request to return it in its original packaging as long as it remains unused and has not been installed. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility when an incorrect part was ordered. Original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund when applicable.
