For Sale: Upgraded Projector LED Headlight Set for 3rd Gen Toyota 4Runner (1996-2002)
Price: $450 + Shipping (or local pickup in Portland OR)
Condition: Excellent new condition – fully functional custom upgraded pair. Low mileage on the upgrades.
Description:
This is a complete pair of upgraded headlights for the 3rd Generation Toyota 4Runner (1996-2002). Started with quality Eagle Eyes TY674 housings (direct fit replacements) and professionally upgraded with modern projector lenses, bright LED bulbs, and stylish white LED halo/angel eye rings.
Key Features & Upgrades:
* Projector Lenses: Sharp, focused beam pattern for dramatically better nighttime visibility and distance compared to stock sealed-beam style headlights. Much less scatter and glare for oncoming traffic.
* LED Bulbs: High-output LEDs providing crisp, bright white light (much brighter and more efficient than stock halogens). Instant on, lower power draw, and longer lifespan.
* White LED Halo Rings: Signature modern look with glowing angel eyes – great for style and added visibility.
* Included Electronics: LED drivers/ballasts and wiring harness adapters (see photos of the back side).
* Housing Details: Clear lenses with “Eagle Eyes TY674” and DOT/SAE markings. Includes side marker/turn signal sections. Blacked-out/modern appearance.
* Fitment: Direct bolt-on for 1996-2002 4Runner. No cutting or major modifications required for installation.
These are a significant upgrade over stock 3rd gen headlights, which are notoriously dim. Perfect for anyone wanting better light output and a clean, aggressive modern look without going full custom retrofit.
Photos show the exact pair for sale – both headlights, front, side, close-ups of projectors/haloes, and internals.
Notes:
* Professional installation recommended if you’re not familiar with headlight wiring.
* Verify local regulations for LED/projector headlights.
* Sold as-is. No bulbs or additional parts beyond what’s shown.
