Return PolicyWe have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All return items must be in brand new condition for a full refund which means the item is never installed and kept in the original package. Otherwise, only a partial refund will be issued based on the damage or wear of the product
To start a return, you can contact us at message. Once the return request is approved, we will provide a return address for the buyer to pack and ship the item. Buyer is responsible for shipping the item within 10 days after the approval, or the return request shall be canceled
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and provide response and/or a refund within 3 business days. Please allow 7-10 business days for any return funds to arrive to your purchase account

Each new turbocharger, component, and kit is warranted to be free of manufacturer’s defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. All units returned to TURBO ZONES for warranty consideration must be shipped freight prepaid. Collected shipments will not be accepted. If your warranty is approved, we will refund the cost of return shipping
After receiving the turbochargers from customers, TURBO ZONES will generate an overhauling report. If there are quality problems with the turbos, TURBO ZONES will replace or refund at its discretion any product that proves defective in material or workmanship under normal installation, use, and service. Also, the date of purchase and the problems of products need to be demonstrated for replace or refund.
Our warranty DOES NOT cover any damage or malfunction due to improper installation procedure, misuse, neglect, unauthorized disassembly or alteration, or externally induced physical damage.
Our warranty DOES NOT cover the damage to the turbo caused by unjustifiable modifications such as high performance, or overloading.
Our warranty will only cover the product itself; it will not include expenses related to installation labor, third party inspections and testing, damage or failure caused on other parts.
