Size: The folding handle ratchet binder’s barrel length is 10 inches, with a smooth-threaded TR 22-4 screw mechanism for precise tightening. The ratchet chain binder has a 3/8"-1/2-inch grab hook on one side for secure chain attachment and a 1/2-inch slip hook on the other for easy positioning. Its length adjustment range spans from 25" (closed) to 31-1/2" (open) hook to hook, providing ample flexibility to secure various load sizes.
Compatibility & Capacity: This ratchet binder is compatible with G70, G80 3/8-inch, and 1/2-inch chains, making it suitable for a wide range of heavy-duty tasks. This ratchet chain binder has a working load limit of 12,000 lbs, and its breaking strength is 36,000 lbs.
Construction: The ratchet load binder is constructed from high-strength steel, ensuring durability and tolerance to wear and harsh weather conditions. It is useful for securing machinery and vehicles, pipes, lumber, or other construction materials. Tighten chains and hold them firmly in place with this binder, as it minimizes movement and potential hazards during binder is easy to install with the following steps:

Attach the grab hook to a chain link on one side and the slip hook to the rub rail of the deck, following the wide opening.
Manually shorten or lengthen the barrel to remove excess slack in the chain. Unscrew the eye hook to an open position, turn about 15 times to loosen the binder before proper tensioning.
Use the folding ratchet handle to rotate the barrel in to and fro motion, pulling the hooks closer together and increasing tension. You can pull the handle down by 180 degrees and lock it with the lever.
Fold down the handle to secure the binder in place.

Maintenance Tips
