This 6L80 Shift Valve Body Kit fits 2006 and newer General Motors vehicles equipped with the popular 6L45, 6L50, 6L80 and 6L90 automatic transmissions. These transmissions often come in with a delaminating Pressure Regulator (PR) valve which wears out the PR valve bore in the pump causing erratic line pressure. Another area of wear concern is the solenoid regulator valve bore. Wear in both areas can cause various shift complaints and codes, delayed engagements and broken hard parts due to high pressure spikes.
