This listing is for a freshly rebuilt 77 XS750 carb set. What you see in the pics is what you get. Many hours have been spent rebuilding this set to perfection. Completely gone through inside and out. Brackets , choke mechanism, and springs have been nickel plated and polished. Carb bodies, tops, and bowls have been dry blasted then vapor blasted following ultra sonic cleaning. Emulsion tubes have been cleaned, polished, and new orings installed. New brass fuel tees installed. All new throttle shaft seals, rubber diaphrams for the slides, and choke plunger caps have been installed along with quality Japanese rebuild kits. Floats have been cleaned, polished, and tested for leaks. All new stainless fasteners installed throughout and anti seize applied to threads. Factory sizing #145 main jets, #17.5 pilot jets are installed and pilot screws set at 2 1/4 turns out. Floats set to spec at 26.5mm.
