Product Condition
1. Sold As-Is
· If an item is sold as-Is, then there will be No Refunds for any reason whatsoever. You should keep this in mind while offerding and offer as if this item is in the worst condition possible.

2. Sold With Warranty
· If an item is sold with warranty, then we will provide a 30-day warranty unless indicated otherwise. Errors on behalf of the buyer due to misconfiguration of their item will not be honored.
· All products are guaranteed to be in working condition at the time of arrival unless the item is sold \"As-Is\".
· Any caveats, missing features, or damage mentioned in the sale listing is not to be considered covered under warranty.
· Buyer must notify seller within seven (7) days (including weekends and holidays) of receipt of the item if the item is received in non-working condition.
· Warranty DOES NOT cover external removable parts, such as caps, screws, sensors, etc.
· Buyer will be responsible for shipping cost in BOTH WAYS.
Return Policy
· Any item returned for warranty must be returned in the same condition it was received.
· A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained and returned with the item (it will be supplied after email request). All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
· We reserve the right to repair or replace the item or refund the purchase price at our discretion.
· If the item was damaged during shipping, all packaging material and the original box of the item was shipped in must be saved for UPS or USPS to pickup, along with the damaged item.
· Failure to provide everything necessary for us to file a claim to UPS or USPS may also void your warranty.
· Damage claims can take up to 6 - 8 weeks.
· All returns subject to 20% restocking fee.
· Buyer will be responsible for shipping cost in BOTH WAYS.

· CA buyers need to pay 8.5% sales tax.
· If payment for this sale is not received via an accepted method within seven (7) days from the close of the sale, a Non Paying buyer Alert will be filed with . · Please email us first for shipping cost to Alaska, Hawaii, and address outside of the United States including Canada.
