• During holidays and peak-high seasons shipping will be delayed due the high volume of packages going through shipping facilities. We will try to help you however we can but we do not guarantee the estimated arrival time will be correct.
• The shipping cost listed applies only to the lower 48 states. Additional charges may apply for shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Virgin Islands, FPO/APO, and Guam.
• Freight shipments are shipped LTL Freight. Business location with a forklift or loading dock is required.
  
• Additional charge of $150 may apply for deliveries to businesses with limited-access locations, including areas with restricted truck access, difficult maneuverability, or insufficient space for turning around.
• Residential delivery may be available for an additional charge of $80.00 for the residential delivery itself and $80.00 for the required use of a liftgate. This is a total of $160.00, plus the freight shipping fee if applicable. All fees are non-refundable.
• International shipping is through Global Shipping Program.

Returns
