This is out of a 2001 excursion that had a 7.3 conversion but was t-boned. It's been repaired by the power distribution box. Probably cut wires that happened during the work or something else.
The repair is legit. I checked for any burnt or melted wires and found none. Also checked all the fuses with a multimeter and found none blown. I've used solder splices before, they were the only connections that wouldn't come loose on an old 2 stroke dirt bike I restored.
This is all the wiring under the hood. The entire power distribution box, fog, headlights, hvac, alternator, starter, and the engine harness. Out of a 4x4 auto excursion.
